Ripoff My company charged on phone bill

Upon checking my company's phone bill, I discovered that I was being charged 29.95 plus tax for internet services that I knew nothing about. I called the phone company and discovered that they had already hit me for two months service, that was never authorized. The phone company was no help. They said they would not bill us again and that I could put a block on my phone so that this couldn't happen in the future. This company needs to be prosecuted for fraud, but where do you go for help? Thank you.
