Dishonest fraudulent ripoff consumer billing

We received a bill for $303.18 for what? We never buy anything via internet! They got our personal info from our phone line that is connected to our computer. We only use that line for internet access.

All I can think of and wrote to Alyon is that possibly my 13 year old grandson who stays with us sometimes may have gone to a forbidden sight! These tactics would be like him (Grandson) going to a department store and charging items to our phone number! How can they do this?

What can we do? I have sontacted tyhe Better Business Bureau and written letters to the company. Can we all get together and file a suit against Alyon?
