Yerasoft solicited me to design a website for my construction business. I checked out their references which came back positive. They charged me $3,000 for the proposed layout; I sent them my photos and verbiage and then the nightmare began. What I was told would take 3 to 4 weeks was revised to 4 to 6 months and that was 8 months ago.
They don't return phone calls or emails. On March 25th, the sales guy, Chaz inadvertently answered the phone and told me the site would be ready in 3 days, a week at most. Today is April 15th and still no response or website.
Bottom line for potential customers: Stay clear. They take your money and lie.
