Antivirus 360 would not upload and asked for my money back and couldn't get any answer except go to back and try that way

I was ripped off $89.97 for antivirus 360 that would not load. Tried to find the right people to talk to and all I got was the run around; I told they wanted my money back and they did not reply only go to my bank and see if they could do something. That is a rip off
