I didn't know that this was a scam... They kept sending me message's that my antivirus need renew... So i renewed it and they took 92 dollars plus change out of my account on my debt card i gave them... It messed up my computor & my brother had to down load a software that cost me 69.99 to get this fake antivirus off my computer... So now i want my money back... They have a website that i wrote too telling them i will press charges. Http://sys/cougarsupport.net / they have a phone number i never got an answer at 1800-352-0375.. The order number they sent me to my email was 27097.. Please help. Thanks connie
