John Silling, Collectiblessoftware.com
Fraudulently sells non-functional software!

John Silling, AKA Collectiblessoftware.com, sold me a copy of their software called KollectAll V8! After installing IAW their directions, the program crashed immediately upon start.

I contacted Mr. Silling, and he offered a couple of simple possible fixes, which I dutifully tried. The program still crashed on start.

At this point I got the email equivalent of shrugged shoulders. I requested a refund, which John Silling refused to provide. Luckily, I paid with a CC and Mr. Silling will be getting a chargeback.

Just be aware that Collectiblessoftware.com is a front for a couple of garage programmers who have no idea how to get their software to work, and refuse to refund money for defective software.
