Owner continues unethical business practices

I was banned from the site with no notice or explanation. I paid a $30 annual membership fee, and the owner refuses to refund all or even a portion. He ignored my emails requesting a refund. I had to complain to the Dayton, OH BBB to get him to respond. He simply told them that I violated the terms of service (but wouldn't explain how), and the BBB took him at his word.

I did a search on this company, and I see the several others have made similar complaints. I have been an active member of this site for two years. What the others have said about this site—the non-existent customer service, nasty moderators arbitrarily banning anyone who rubs them the wrong way, the owner MIA unless and until it suits him—it's all true.

As others have before me, I've switched over to the competition, a free site. It just burns me that this guy is spending the $30 I forked over, and I can't even access the features on his site. Oh well, Karma's a b*tch.
