These guys provide tracking info for GPS devices.
In 3 months they have "accidently" turned off my account twice, charged excessive "oops sorry about that" fees - we'll refund your money and don't, and have business practices that cause bogus charges. When your account gets turned off by "accident" they get extra fees when it comes back on!
They have not answered the phone in two weeks. No matter which choice you make, tech support or sales, there is no answer. It's just a matter of time before the FCC catches up with these guys. Always check which providers are available for these kind of services before buying a device.
