Never actually delivered the product Pensylvania

I purchased a program through MD of PC (www.mdofpc.com) I was instructed to pay, so i did so. I was then informed that my payment would take a few hours to process before I could begin my download. I waited a few hours, however I then am instructed to pay again as my card has been declined, I find this odd and stupidly pay again, once more I am told that my download will be ready in a few hours, Over 12 hours later and a few attempts at contacting them through email (which later bounced back to me because the email address didn't exist) I receive a 3rd email instructing me to pay once more becuase there has been an unknown problem. So stupidly once more I pay for the program, and once more I am told that my download will be ready in a few hours. Here it is well over 24 hours later still no product to download, and they've got my money.
