Ordered dvd selection in Feb 09, still not recieved, no replies to emails, no contact number. Feel totally ripped off, took my money and no more contact, disgusted, cannot get refund

I ordered dvds in feb this year, i still have not recieved them. I have contacted them on several occasions through their email system which is a con and still no reply. There is no telephone number or address to track these people down.
No one order anything from these rip off merchants, they have took my money and haven't sent anything. Please beware.
