Com Cancelled subscription, but they did not quit billing

My son went on the internet and signed up for gamerdata.com without my knowledge he gave him a cell phone number that is under my account. I made him cancel it after finding out about it, in fact I helped him do it.
It has been canceled for 2 months and they still bill him. There's no way to get ahold of them.
