My ZA profile; requires phone number. This chatting; asks for phone number. So called Customer Service provide TWO phone numbers. And for whatTHIS? If you don't have phones, why does ZA ask for phone numbers and why do they provide useless phones numbers?

ZA agent: I am sorry, those numbers are no longer in use, they have just had problems removing the numbers from that message.

ZA agent: Again the reason your orders are failing is due to an address mismatch. We can not do anything about that at that is the response from the bank. We can not force the order through.

Customer: If one could PHONE in the renewal then JUST MAYBE there wouldn't be problem...

ZA agent: It would not matter if you were on the phone with us or not. The order would still fail.
