The automated attendant is very annoying. It cannot understand my customer ID which includes both letters and numbers. I have called customer care several times and I always end up screaming at the phone 'agent agent agent'. We need an immediate bypass to speak to an agent without pressing a bunch of numbers first, or being required to provide an ID which the attendant cannot handle.
