Charged me for services that where supposed to be free. Consumer rip-off fraud N. Chili

I went on a site that was supposed to be a free live video connection and I got dialed up automatically inferring a free video session as stated on each transmission before. I was dialed up and brought into the live video chat room. It happened so fast and at no time did it mention it was a pay preview. It did say it was a free preview and no credit card needed. I just got the bill for 31 minutes, for a total of $151 plus tax for a total of $163.97, invoice date was 4/10/03, what a ripoff and false advertising!
