I ordered Spy recon, Securetactics, online. Paid $79.99. Program would not download after 4 hours. Contacted tech who told me to take of all walls. I did this, still would not load. I tried for several hours for four days.

I then asked for a refund, company stopped responding to my emails. I contacted my bank, Wells Fargo and discovered an additional $60.00 was taken out. Filed complaint with bank who refused to get involved. I am now out $140.00 for a program I never got.
