Ripped off my and my brother. Suspended accounts for ludicrous reasons rebro

Internet & Web

To sum it up this report is pretty much a confirmation/rewritten of a previous report (http://usacomplaints.com/reports/0/234/RipOff0234445.htm)

First off i started playing the games i liked a whole lot on training (free) mode until i got good enough to spank the lowrankers, once done i cashed in about 120 euro total. After i had made the first 50 euro i requested a deposition of my money, then kept winning to the current 120. During the time i kept playing i never got any kind of confirmation of the deposition, even long after the 14 days they had promised on their website.

Then suddenly for no given reason (after about 3-4 weeks since i started the account) they had suspended my account. I e-mailed them and asked why i had been suspended, and got the answer that my account had been sponsored by multiple persons (i. E multiple creditcards, which is bullshit since i've only paid the first 5 euro that you require to use to play the first games), obviously, this was exactly what i told them, they then asked me to send them a picture och my id-card and a written statement that only i was supporting the account financially.

After doing so i've yet to get a single response even after multiple attempts

Pretty much the same thing happened to my brother, who was up at 300-400 euro after about a month.

I apologize for my horrible english, it was hastily written in anger and i felt an urge to share this with as many as possible.
