They took my money and never sent me my purchase never responded to my emails

I purchased two custom made All Rhinestone Name belts for my friend and I. It costed $174.94 for both buckles and belts. It has been a month and some days since they took their money from my credit card, and I never heard from them but two times after my purchase to tell me that It should be here within 24 hours. I never received anything. I feel as though this company takes too long to respond to emails if they do at all.

I bought these belts for my friends birthday, so we could have matching belts. I saved up for a long time so I could afford to buy them because I have to pay all my other bills. Its just pathetic that people take advantage of customers like this. I thought I could trust them because they were registered with Yahoo! But even after I reported them to Yahoo! Nothing was done to resolve my issue. I took it one step further and reported them to the BBB, now we just have to wait and see.

Online shoppers beware of this company, they act like they care but once they money is taken from you, they ignore all your requests for information on your purchases.
