They are a processing center and this is where the fraud charges always start from such as Element5

Our credit cards have had unauthorized charges on it several times in the past year, different card #'s, different dates for different products, mostly software downloads. After some research, all charges have been lead back to Digital River. They process credit card payments among other things in the technology industry. When the charges are brought to their attention, they send you back to the credit card company. The problem is you don't know who is processing your card when you send it through a website to purchase something so be careful!!! I wish someone would investigate this company and find out who is getting consumer credit card information and how!!!
