Emillionaire enticed me with $1.99 for info and then before I knew it, billed me 34.99!

I will not go into detail and re-state the same thing all the other complaintants have said. What more can I say, I fell for it too! On 2-12-09 I got baited for $1.99 (us) for info, and I read the extremely long document that most people probably get lost in. No where does it say additional charges (that I can find).
On 3-23-09 I get a phone call from order Authorization # 702-520-1303 and the guy starts asking me if Im the authorized card holder and 14 day trial, etc. I tell him "I don't want anything more (than the $1.99) billed to my account, do not charge me" he said "thank you sir" and hung up. The next day I check my account and I've been charged $34.99!!
Here is the document they gave me after I paid the $1.99 if a lawyer is intersted. After it say's "This Page Is Specally Designed To Only Show One Time EVER " I thought, I better copy and paste it then! Don't fall for this! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the NC state Attorney General!
