Wells Fargo Armed Service Corp., Loomis Fargo Loses 20K, Fires Employee, Then Finds 20K In Safe

Wells Fargo Armed Services Corp: I was an ATM Tech for a couple of years. One day after clocking out a Security Agent grabbed me and took me into a small room for over an hour accusing me of stealing 20k from an ATM I service.

They checked my credit using a document "Screening for Employment". I think they used this type of document to look like a permissable purpose. They suspended me, then fired me.

Later the next week the agent audited the ATM and found the missing money. It was in the ATM safe. The official report read, "the stolen money was recovered in the ATM".

I filed a complaint with the FCC, nothing was ever done. WF uses arbitration against their employees so the whole thing was swept under the rug. Leys v. (Wells Fargo).

Also, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals held that the Wells Fargo arbitrations clause was unenforceable, but the District Court Judge, U.W. Clemon, won't budge.

I took my attorney to court because the 11th Circuit held that invited error was caused in my case. The State of Alabama had an ex-Shelby County Judge to "specally sit" on the case. My ex-attorney is a Shelby County lawyer. I lost my case with this too.
