Gamepal Scam ~ using credit agency in attemtps to collect on a bogus debt Seemingly, Nowhere: No Address Or Phone Listed ANYWHERE

Having never used this website, gamepal has hired a collections agency, Kross, Lieberman and Stone to inform me via numerous phone harassments and by written notice that I owe money, and that they will take further action if not paid. After several attempts to find a gamepal address or phone number to discuss with them the situation, and finding one phone number in North Carolina, no longer valid, I ended up trying to use their 24/7 live chat; which turned out not to be live afterall. After a couple of unanswered emails, I tried one more attempt at live chat and did connect with an unhelpful person except that they didn't have any history of me ever having a transaction with them. I have kept this transcript.

Kross, Lieberman & Stone say I have to take up the issue with Gamepal and will provide no further details. It's a ridiculous cycle. This agency is threatening to ruin my credit record.

I will be pursuing action against this ridiculous, time usurping, stressful, and unnecessary treatment by both of these companies.

I will update this with anything helpful that we learn.
