Betamaz Fraudulent charge from to my debit card

I have recently received a fraudulent charge to my checking account debit card. March 19. The company name: Betamax, location: Cologne, Germany, I think. The amount is for $20.30 US. Not a large amount, but enough to have caught my attention, look them up on the internet and contact my bank to cancel my card and stop and further debits coming throught from this "company". Thieves is more like it.
I have never heard of this company. The only VoIP service I have is Majic Jack, which, as far as I know, is not associated with Betamax whatsoever. I do a fair amount of internet purchasing using paypal, strait debit card transactions and ebay (not so much anylonger). I am confident that these guys got my debit card # somehow during one of my internet transactions. There goes "internet security" for me. This time, only $20.30. How much next time? $200.30, $2000.30. It's no longer worth the risk.
