Sold my gun that was on layaway

I'm a gun seller, but from time to time i can't discover the weapons i want for the shop, or that i'd like for my own selection. To ensure that being said, i occasionally purchase from other gun dealers to fill the void. Well this christmas i needed to obtain myself anything good, therefore effect weapons had instock an extremely difficult to get springfield 1911 gun, this gun arrived t every optoin in the manufacturer, plus they do layaways, i've worked t/them-and layaways sveral occasions previously, no issues. And so i put the correct deposit down to the weapon, the sales girl stated i had been fortunate, they'd just one quit, and so i created her go obtain the weapon, do the paperwork and place in within the layaway portion of the stock-room, and he or she did, their layaway plan is 3 months. Therefore on 1/5/09 i laid it away, called on 3/18/09 to pay the balance in full and the man on the phone said the gun was not in layaway, it now was on backorder, i said cant be, it was laid away, so i then spoke to his superviser brian in internet sales dept, he told me that someone made a mistake and sold my gun, and that, thats the way it is and goodbye, he would refund my deposit, so i called the retail store and talked to gil, the super at the time, he was shocked! Not just did someone market my weapon, however they went to the keep computer and changed my order from the layaway over a weapon n/serial # asigned to my order and improved it to some backorder that i place a deposit on! I'm no lawyer but that sure seems like scam, tampering or something that's not correct or authorized, by nowadays i still don't have my deposit back on mt charge card possibly! Not just did they reduce a great customer along with a seller connection, i'll tell this story till your day i die! The gun bussiness is made on confidence, its among the few old-school bussinsses nevertheless available, and impact weapons can't actually be respected, they'll do need they need at your cost, and john in internet sales might care less! He must be fired now and the guy who went to the computer and improved standing imprisoned! Easily lived in utah i'd be over ther t/tne state police and press any and charges against them, subsequently off to civil court wherever i understand i possibly could get problems! In either case remember that they're liars and thieves, and u are better down never actually trying to deal t/them, until u enjoy being taken for the hard earned cash and lied to!
