Ripoff fraud business

I ordered a computer from this company and at the time it seemed like a great deal. An entire computer system for $749. Well, I waited for a month for my shipment to arrive and it never did. When I called and spoke to the custoer service department they used lame excuses, none of which coincided with the other.

When I finally tried to get a refund, they informed me that they would have to charge me $100.00 for simply ordering the computer!!! They tried to steal my hard earned money. Fortunately, I was able to fill out an incident report with my bank and received the amount in full.
