Delivered defective trousers three months ago. Called customer support on Sat. Told they took orders 24-hours but assisted clients with issues just Wednesday - Fri. Quit email. Acquired no solution. Named customer support on pursuing tues, Not free phone, was informed requires 3-4 months to procedure a return, although it requires just a few times to buy anything. Complete undesirable.
