Really disappointed using the support, insufficient interest!

I lately purchase trousers via telephone with Haband. I requested Big lengthy (34" inseam) What I obtained was XL XLong. Obviously they do not match. I named customer support and that I was informed I'd need to spend to deliver back, I reported that I ought tonot need to purchase their error. They ultimately decided to a pick of slide at their cost. Well Its been over per week but still haven't acquired it. Really disappointed using the method Haband Men Jeans & Pants served about the telephone as well as their insufficient interest.
