House MD and DEXTER will be cancelled by the time DVDMD sends my orde

On february 14 I ordered House MD season 1-4 and Dexter season 1-3 from Dvdmd. Tv and was given a confirmation on the order. My total came to $149.71 and I was given an estimated shipping time of 7-14 days. Holidays I could expect up to 20 days.

However it has been a month now, I have called the help line 6 times and sent at least 4 emails... To no avail. The techs at the help call center can barely speak english and when asked specific questions about my order they repeat themselves over and over with no real answer. They often tell me "all it says in our database is that your order has not shipped" but after further questions they cannot answer as to a reason for the hold up.

I asked for a refund today and was told that a refund could not be given today and that I would receive an email within 48-72 hours.

The dvd sets were to be a birthday present but now Im just looking to recover my money from this fraudulent company.

I put my faith in the fact that they post testimonials of happy customers but after this ordeal I can assure you that their positive testimonials must be chosen from thousands of bad ones!!! Can anyone give advice to this matter?
