Scam fraud liars

I am warning ALL of you out there about this company. Here is my story! I just lost my husband and thought, i'll call magicjack and it can help me with cost of living and i can cut my bill down. So, i ordered it. Within a week i noticed that i can hear noise on my line and people told me that i sounded garbled. I was disappointed but called the company and they said, hey rita, go to our site and upgrade the software and contact us in a couple of days if that doesnt improve. It didnt.

So i called again, again they blow me off and say try this, try that, etc. No matter how many times i say im not interested and i just want to return the device. Its like talking till your blue in the face. Can you believe this actually turned into a third time of contacting them? Well, after being so persistent this time, still they say, "rita, can we convince you to take a brand new replacement"? Can you beleive this.

I said firmly NO. I just want a credit issued. Well guess what their response was, Oh, Im sorry Rita, I see you have gone past the 30 day trial period and you cant have a refund of your monies. This is what this company does. They lure you in, waste your time on the phone past thirty days and then keep your money!!! They are not a company that can be trusted. There is nobody live to speak with on the phone. You have to talk to them online which doesnt matter because thats a waste of time anyway. Do yourself a favor. Dont get mixed up into that. Take it from a person who shouldve known better that just got burned. I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau in Florida!!!

Whoever out there gets taken advantage of ; go to bbb.org and file a complaint against this company. SOmeone has got to stop them from taking advantage of the public. Truly people i am so disgusted with them. Pass the word around!!! Good luck. Rita.
