Refused to return refund

I returned the produce Total Cleanse on December 29 due to the fact that they had already taken out the amount of $78.84 out of my account. I was told that they could not tell me when exactly the money would be refunded. I have been calling them since January and I ws told that they credited my account on January 27. I still to this date have not received my refund and they are acting like I am trying to get another refund. I can not even get a phone number to the corporate office. I keep calling and documenting every call and the person I speak with. I keep getting the same excuse and now they are wanting me to jump through these hoops to try and get my refund.
