US Site Dutyfreedepot.com Orders never delivered. No investigation or compensation. Company now IGNORING ME!

I Ordered two cartons of duty free cigarettes for me and two for my partner in Dec. Totalling 4 cartons. I have received absolutely nothing and they are not doing a thing about it!

The web site boasts of customer satisfaction, and yet they are not attempting to look into my orders, and are now deleting my messages from my messages log so that they don't have to reply to them! They told me first that they could not track my orders, and then told me that they can confirm my orders have been delivered, when I started asking for proof of delivery, they started deleting my messages!

Their idea of compentation is offering me ONE free carton if I order and pay for FIVE MORE!!! This web site is a joke and has scammed me out of a lot of money (not a lot to them though sadly enough!) and they are still trying to take more money from me! Buyers beware, if you want to buy duty free make sure you research your websites and find customer comments on non related forums.
