"Warning" & Software HQ.net is Extremely Misleading! Charging Unexpected Transactions!

This company is very "Deceitful". I had no idea that I was buying a 3 yr membership charged $14.97 for "Download Protection" -Total Charge = $52.92! Very Upset! I discovered exactly what the purchase was only after filing a dispute with my credit card company, after which I received a customer invoice. Now armed with contact info, I called this company's billing dept. The rep was very Rude&Nasty & refused to be of any assistance.
This company needs to be help accountable, they are ripping off a lot of people! Be Aware!!!
