Horrible customer service, low quality products, no concern for customer satisfaction

Horrible customer service! Purchased their DVD software online. After downloading the software and receiving the activation code I started experiencing software glitches right away. I was not able to enter the code via copy/paste but had to type in the code one letter/number at a time. Wouldn't be a biggy if the code wasn't 25 characters long! The cursor would disappear after one tick. This forced you to enter the character, then click on the box again, and then enter the next character before the cursor ticked out. After 30 minutes of trying to get the code right, it excepted the code and gave me total access. The software was only 15 bucks so I knew it'd be cheap, but it was not user friendly at all.

Ok, so after dealing with its cheapness, a few months later I ran the program and it said my trial version had expired! The code didn't work! I emailed customer service (the only way to contact them) and they responded two weeks later with a generic not-a-live-human-being-that-wrote-it letter telling me to try a few things. Did that and it didn't work. Wrote them again, waited another two weeks, and they responded with another option to remove the program and reload it and use their link. Did that and it worked for another month, then the same message came again saying the service trial expired. Got sick of it and purchased AVS4YOU, totally better, totally more for your money, and totally quality! Wrote them and asked for them to refund my 15 bucks because it still wasn't working.instead of doing it, they gave me a new code after I told them I had been through the trouble several times and purchased a new software.

After a few emails of trying to get them to refund me they ended it with the code offer. They were short and obviously didn't care about the trouble I had been through. I wouldn't recommend this company. Stay clear if you are looking for a good quality DVD playing software! You just might get a bogus activation code as well.
