Misleading "Free Trial" Offer Cost $95 dishonest advertising, unclear terms, no supervisors avaialble, takes personal info before telling you charges

Internet & Web

This is another complaint about unethical promotional practices and unresolved consumer complaints. I am working with my bank on what recourse to take and how to dispute a charge.

The company's promotional materials claim that you will receive a "Free Trial" and pay only shipping, but you will be charged $95 in an unauthorized charge if you do not return products within 30 days. This was not made clear in promotional materials even though the operator I spoke with claims it was stated online. After seeing the huge number of complaints about this very issue, you would think the company would go to great pains to make sure this is all made crystal clear. Even if you wanted the product, this would be an exorbitant charge for a recurring shipment.

I found numerous complaint sites with a large number of complaints against this company. Many customers state that they are hard to get in touch with. I got in touch with them easily but was told that I could not speak to a supervisor and was told to give my phone number so that the supervisor could call me back. I have not heard back yet.

Please do not order from this company. The name was also, apparently, taken from an existing small company that has been unable to take legal recourse, so there is another, ethical small company whose products one might want to consider instead. The blog of this smaller company claims that they receive consumer complaints about the larger company constantly and makes a statement about their own solid business practices. They are not associated with the larger company. Googling the words Raw minerals will generate links to the company in question as well as the smaller company's blog.

The patterns of complaints are concerning billing and collection issues. Customers return the product for a full refund, the company inspects all returned products and determines the return is damaged thus, consumers are not receiving a refund
