Ripped off! Fraud

I thought I was buying real UGG boots and designer handbags. I purchased these items on Valentine's Day and still have not heard anything from them. I purchased those items through PayPal. So I assumed it was a legitimate company. Doesn't PayPal check the companies information before accepting their business?
