Rip-off fraudulent computer hacke

My bank account was charged by 1Rate.com without permission. They told bank that they did have my permission. I do not know how they got my personal information. I NEVER filled out or gave information in any form to this company.

This fraud needs to be immediately stopped by this company. Can criminal charges be pressed against this company? I am furious that this has happened and it better not occur again.
