Incorrect Billing

I required an on line test of the ACAI BERRIES CLEANSING on 1/14/09 and didn't get the item until 2/6/09. On 2/13/09 I named to stop since it made me ill to my belly and was handed a confirmation number. I realized that I had been billed $87.13 on 2/15/09 and so I approached 866-949-0138, while on-hold for half an hour I discovered I'd been billed $87.13 on 1/29/09. Once the repetition eventually arrived on I had been informed they might forward my problem towards the refund division and he or she couldn't provide mean ETA on after I might get my reimbursement. I subsequently required to consult with a boss and was transferred to x 0240 and quit reveal concept and required a call-back.

After studying other grievances I wonder if I'll actually notice out of this organization again.
