Recieved only half of free trial and charged twice for additional product I do not want or requested

First used to do not get the free trial offer Acai Berries using the Existence Clean, which didn't provide me the chance to test these products as recommended. Then I came across I had been billed for extra items prior to the 14-day test period was over. After I named to stop the merchandise and receive a reimbursement I had been informed it had been after dark 14-day test interval that will be difficult after I requested the free test on the 20th of January, obtained only 1/2 of the "free" trial on the 28th of the month, subsequently noticed costs positioned on 2/2/09 for $87.13 twice (complete $174.26). I named on 2/3/09 to cancel and request a refund but was hung up on after being told I was being transferred to the refund department; received confirmation of order cancellation only after the 3rd call I made. I'd like my money-back which was unauthorized for acquisitions by the corporation such as the delivery and handling to get a item used to do not obtain.
