I received an auto debit from my buisness checking account from UMG MERCHANTEC HSOLUT for $49.95 in Dec and again in Jan. I thought it was my credit card company taking a debit. I checked with them and my bank but know one knew what it was for. Then i googled it and found a rippoff reprt here and I called the number given on this site. 80-843-0905. The young lady who answered was very nice and she said she would pay back my account the two debits. She said they had called my office in Nov and were given my credit card to accept there tech support and discounts on tech supplies plus 2 gigs storage. I have never heard of them.
