Tigerdirect.com sales rep was rude and hung up on me.internet

I kept getting junk mail from TigerDirect.com and called then and asked them to remove me from their mailing list. The rep I spoke to was named David and he started asking me all kinds of questions. I gave him my name and address but did not want to give out my cell phone number reason being I think they might sell it to some telemarketers.

He said if I do not give him my phone number, he cannot help me and hung-up on me! How rude. I would never do business with this company that has reps that are this rude - when I was just trying to get my name removed from their junk mail list.

I can image twhat heir attitude would be if I did buy something and had a problem with it and called to complain - maybe get cursed out for that!
