Won't accept hardware return, rude customer service, won't return phone calls

I bought some products online from tigerdirect plus they did not work-out for me personally. I named to come back it and was informed to call-back a later date that we did. The very first man I talked with was rude and that I needed to request five times to talk to his boss before he set me through. Somebody who recognized himslef whilst the boss scolded me for calling. He lifted his speech at me and was really furious with my request a shop credit - I had beennot actually requesting a return!

I had been guaranteed a call-back from his boss and not got one - he lied in my experience. Centered on my expertise, I would recommend "DONT'T CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH TIGERDIRECT!!!" I want I purcahsed the things in a big-box shop (Circuit City or Bestbuy). For some bucks more you receive excellent support along with a fantastic return policy. Should you feel you have to store on the web you will find countless greater websites than TigerDirect.
