$1.99 grant access report fee turns into $29.95 per month Online Ad Posted On Google Home Page

Today on my home page of iGoogle was a link to an ad promising a grant access kit to obtain a $12,000 grant. It purports to charge $1.99 for instant access to get the report. But the fine print in terms of use indicates at continuing monthly credit card charge of $29.95. Unfortunately, it was too late to cancel — they've got my card number now.
This is fraud of the worst kind, in my view. And Google is participating!
