Will not or cannot repair M9750

Purchased an Alienware Area 51 M9750. Out of the Box the hard drive did not work. The video cards did not work right. USB ports faild. Battery dies in 15 minutes. Video does not work. Fans make clanking noises. I Purchased on site 24 hour repair. Not one of these or other problem are covered under this warentee. I finally gave in and sent the machine to Alienware repair service and was told it would be returned in two weeks. It has been three weeks and they claim to be out of mother boards and cannot give a date when they will have mother boards. They can't fix the machine, woun't abide by the warantee, woun't replace the machine, woun't send it back to me and now will not talk to me. They are a bunch of liers who only want to sell machines to a decieved public. Warantees do not mean anything to them. The express warantee "next day on site" is a ripoff and should never be purchased by anyone. If anyone buyes one of these machines you better be able to repair the machine your self because Alienware woun't. These machines are over priced and do not perform as advisted. What i put in this reporot is only part of the defects in the machine. The list goes on.
