Denied request to cancell order for free cd after disregarding stated noorder conditions

I stated I did not want to order cd if there were any other possible charges related to purchase of cd. Sales accepted order dispite exsisting conditions that I stated if exsisted i did not wish to purchase cd. Sale referred me to manager who stated my order could not be canceled. I have not received email from company so any attempt to cancel order and cancel the 49.95 monthly is not possible. I used paypal and was charged for cd. Help help i need all info and wish to join in any class action or personal law suites possible. I have registered complaint with ftc
