Same thing has happened to me in Dec. 08. Called to cancell when $94.89 was taken out of checking accont. Spent hours getting through to customer service which they cancelled my membership and told me 3-5 to have money refunded.

I have since called back and have been told that i must wait the 90 days before i wil get refund. I have been back on the site and the refund screen where you could enter your e-mail and it would tell you how many days you still had to wait is gone.

I also emailed all the TV staions that were on her site back in dec 08 telling them that this was a scam. No one has emailed me back..
