Unauthorized charges

Google charged me 29.95 once for a success kit that was only supposed to be a dollar, then a month later they did it again and caused a overdraft on my account, I am going to find out about getting a lawsuit started against them for my overdraft fee and 29.95 I think that someone should have to pay for everyones time and aggravation.
