Fruad! Stolen credit info

I recently placed an order for a couple of minted collectible coins, I placed the order online at www.tokens.com, placed my credit card details as well, as you can imagine I was a little hesitant to order online but also very excited being this was my first purchase online. After placing my order, I than waited for my confirmation patiently. I did not hear back, I decided to give them a call the next day at (702) 369-0500, I was placed on hold for a very long time. Once the representitive finally answered she was very rude and seemed to be rushing me off the phone.

I asked nicely to check the status of my order, she told me that it was being processed and I would recieve tracking information very soon. Although I was very upset to be talked to in the manner I was and never the less to be rushed off the phone I accepted her answer and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I waited again about two days and nothing. I checked my bank statement and but of course the money had already been taken out. Not only did they charge me for an item that I did not recieve but I had about 3 other charges from other companies. This company treated me horrible, they would not answer my calls and when they did they would put me on hold and than hang up. I am warning everyone to stay far away from this company you are better off ordering from a local reputable place rather than to save a couple of dollars and be ripped off!

Till this day I have not heard back, have not recieved my order and have only gone through un needed STRESS!!! Stay away from this company
