These guys are scam artists and nochex should stop doing business with them. They have not responded to any correspondence. If you look up their whois information they have locked their registrant details for a reason... They don't want you to track them down due to them scamming people. I have friends that work at the company hosting these fools in Dallas and will pursue getting them booted from their servers.
