I wanted to find cheap Uggs online, the classic women's tall chocolate uggs (if that's possible); ordered from UGGFURBOOTS.com, thought it was fine, but I ordered the wrong size, so I wanted to exchange them; realized too late, they didn't have a phone number or mailing address, only a customer service e-mail with tons of misspellings on their website! I was totally duped! To send them back, I would have to send $35 to an e-mail address? Plus however much it would cost to ship them back and who says i'd actually get my money back? My friend has real uggs; the ones I got were alittle shorter than hers and made of synthetic wool but look like the real thing
