Online PDA and Software reseller has not paid royalties for more than a yea

MyTreo.net, a Palm software reseller, has not paid developer royalties for more than a year now. Tadd Rosenfeld, who was responsible for accounting, did not reply to e-mails. While Palm developers were trying to reach him somehow, his colleages were answering: "Tadd is travelling now". The only thing we finally heard from MyTreo.net owners was their promise to make a final royalty calculation and to work out a payment schedule. That has not been done.

In the newsletter sent on August 14th they said: "Over the next two weeks we will be contacting you again and providing a full statement of your account detailing the products you have sold to-date and the royalties owed along with details of how and when these payments will be made. We appreciate your patience in receiving this information which will take us a couple of weeks to finalise with our bookkeepers." Now several months passed and no reply from them. My e-mails again remain unanswered. The following developers have also suffered from non-payments:

* Hobbyist Software
* Morreeuw

Tadd Rosenfeld mentions in his linkedin profile that he is still the Principal of MTDN Holdings LLC (www.mytreo.net), though he does not pay royalties, does not return phone calls or does not answer e-mails. That MTDN Holdings LLC business is a fake and that needs further investigation.
