Unauthorized charge of 59.95 from my bank account on 1/05 Internet

I apparently authorized $1.98 from my bank account for, I don't really remember. When I checked my bank account there was a charge for $59.95. Icalled the phone number on my account and they said i didn't cancel my membership in time, I never saw anything about cancellation of membership. I am a senior citizen, out of work, who does nor see real well. I would not order anything over the net for $59.95. I am still not sure what this is for. Please help, I saw similar complaints on their web site, so I am not alone in this matter. Thank you!
